Order Cancellation Policy:

Return Policy for Unopened Items:
- We only accept returns for items that are in their original packaging and sealed. Items that have been unsealed or unpackaged, without quality issues, are not eligible for return or replacement.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via email, providing your order number and a video as proof of the product's condition.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any associated taxes.
- Kindly provide us with the tracking number to facilitate the return process.

I fit everything I have in this. Amazing
I really like this trunk. It can easily sort and keep my toys available during a scene.
* I have a couple of issues with it. The first is that the drawers are very shallow and don't pull out very far. I removed the pins that held them from falling out.
* Fully loaded, it's heavy. To deal with that, I added luggage wheels and stands to the bottom of the case and an extra handle on the top so I could drag it behind me like a piece of luggage. It works great.
* I added a lot of Velcro strapping to keep my toys in place as I closed it. This is most important when the case is lying on its back rather than standing up.
* The case didn't include instructions on how to set the combination lock. I had to look up how on the internet.
I expect to get many years of service out of it.

About the storage issue, the original intention of designing this Vertical Trunk is that we hope it's not only a cabinet for storing toys or tools, but also like a piece of furniture that add taste and sense of ceremony, so it's designed in the standing way.
As to the combination lock, normally, we have instructions in six languages included in the package, I am so sorry for the missing, and please feel free to contact us anytime if you have any other questions about the products, our customer service team will always be here to help.
In addition, due to the size and weight limitations of the Sade Trunk itself, please try not to place too many tools in the Sade TrunK, which can extend its service life. Just Like our Vertical Trunk Kit, which is basically the perfect weight that the Sade Trunk can store and load.
